Preview 2 homes currently for sale on the market.
Investigate ways to get involved in your community - and choose one community service project that suits you. There’s no downside at all from a business standpoint; it’ll help you be perceived as someone who knows and cares about the community and you’ll also find it rewarding.
Email 25 people in your database.
If you have not already set up your entire Sphere of Influence on an 8 x 8 or 12 Direct Program, make sure you do so now. For ideas on what to include in either of these programs review the insert “Creating an 8 x 8 Program”.
