His journey began at Keller Williams, where the culture of training and leadership inspired him to give back to his colleagues. Starting with teaching open house systems and foundational programs like Ignite, Dylan developed a passion for consulting with agents and creating individualized strategies for success.
 
What sets Dylan’s coaching apart is his belief that there are many paths to success in real estate, all rooted in the same core principles. Growing up in Newmarket and spending over 22 years in the communities of Newmarket, Aurora, and King City, she learned early on the value of hard work, dedication, and passion. These qualities have been the foundation of her real estate success.
 
Melissa first connected with Jennifer Silbernagel in 2018, becoming a member in the coaching program she now helps lead. Having built a thriving referral-based business—including a strong network of referrals from other agents—Melissa understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities realtors face. She brings this expertise to her coaching, guiding agents to build businesses rooted in their strengths and designed for sustainability.

Jennifer has been a licensed agent since February 2006. She has worked in every  role possible in this industry; administrative assistant, buyer agent, seller agent,    income property specialist, team member and manager, leasing agent and  property manager on behalf of clients, productivity coach and Team owner.          
 
She is committed to always pushing her clients to reach new heights and to create a learning based and supportive environment for the agents to work in. Her experience over the years allows her to see the business and the agent’s roles from many different perspectives. She is passionate about motivating and training agents to not only implement and run successful and tangible businesses using the fundamentals of Real Estate but also to build a business that can lead agents to reach their financial and personal goals.  
 
She has been teaching and coaching in the Real Estate industry for the past 8 years and is truly passionate as an agent and as a coach in helping agents find the best and smartest way for them to run their business efficiently while increasing their productivity and income.
